The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads and online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
Payment
All transactions for purchase of intangible products, PDF downloads, resource material, templates, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
Refunds for Digital Items
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the item has been downloaded. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that all digital items are non-refundable after download.
The Consumer Rights Act protects your rights if a digital download you’ve purchased is faulty. As a seller, we’re happy to provide a refund if there’s a technical issue we can’t resolve.

Product Not as Described | If you think your product doesn’t match its description, please let our team know within 7 days of purchase. To help us resolve this quickly, please provide clear proof that the product doesn’t match what was advertised. Please note: We can only help if the product is genuinely different from what you ordered. |
Duplicate Payments | If you accidentally make the same payment twice, it is a valid reason for a refund. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase with the email you used to purchase, the date of purchase, the name of the item, and the reference number provided either by us if you purchase through our site or by the third party. |
Non-Refundable Reasons

Do you provide refunds?
We’re unable to offer refunds for digital products once you’ve downloaded them.

What is the difference between Physical Product and Digital Product?
- Physical Products: These are products that can be physically touched and are shipped to the customer. For example: T-shirt, calendar, books, or bags.
- Digital Products: These are intangible items that are delivered online. Digital products are not refundable after purchase. For Example: Graphic assets, PDF, Notion Template.
Refunds for Physical vs. Digital Products
Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed used after download or opening, and all purchases made on itch.io, ko-fi.com, booth.pm or gumroad.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.
Physical product reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
Can I turn a purchased product into a theme or template?
You can’t use our products to create something new to sell. That means you can’t share or sell the product itself, or use it as a base for something you plan to sell.
